Ensuring the Best Experience

At Esmeralda Hairstudio, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our studio. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

ALL BOOKING IS DONE MANUALLY.

+ A $50 NON refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. If you cancel and want to reschedule another deposit must be sent. 

+ Please arrive on time. If you will be 15 minutes or more late to your appointment a fee will be added. 

+ If you need to CANCEL you must notify me 24 HOURS AHEAD. 

+ I will NOT reschedule no call no shows multiple or last minute cancellations. 

+ Once we agree on a date & time you can send your deposit. Please DO NOT send your deposit without notifying me. DO NOT SEND DEPOSIT MORE THAN A DAY LATER that spot may have been taken.

+ Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Zelle or Apple Pay.
