At Esmeralda Hairstudio, we aim to offer our clients an outstanding experience. Please take a moment to review our policies:

- All appointments are booked manually and require a $50 non deposit to secure your slot.
- Please arrive on time; a fee will be charged if are more than 15 minutes late.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior; no-shows or last-minute cancellations cannot be rescheduled.
- Kindly notify us before sending your deposit, and please do so within a day to guarantee your reservation.

PLEASE AVOID SENDING YOUR DEPOSIT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR MORE THAN 2 DAYS LATER - We accept cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
